We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Mullingar.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for precision machining of component parts, tools, and fixtures using various materials and equipment/machine tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Machining: Precision machining of component parts, tools, and fixtures using various materials and equipment/machine tools.
  • Programming and Operation: Programming and operating CNC lathe machines, manual machine tools, small hand tools, power tools, and test/inspection equipment while ensuring health and safety provisions are strictly adhered to.
  • Compliance: Compliance with new product documentation and process control procedures, including CNC program control and fixture documentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring components and finished products meet design specifications and highest engineering and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • CNC Lathe Machines: Must have knowledge and experience using CNC Lathe Machines.
  • Precision Engineering: Desirable experience in Precision Engineering or Pharmaceutical/Aerospace Manufacturing environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Engineering Drawings: Ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings.
  • Methodical Approach: Methodical, analytical, and precise approach.
  • Inspection and Testing: Inspection and testing knowledge desired.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and conscientious/thorough approach to assigned tasks.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organization: Highly organized with ability to manage own work in demanding environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexible, proactive, shows initiative, teamwork, and commitment.
  • CAD/CAM: Experience in using CAD/CAM.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Adhering to high-quality standards and lean manufacturing processes.
