Senior Marketing and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Business Development (MBD) professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our strategic growth plans, both locally and globally.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Support business development activity and identify new opportunities
- Work closely with partners, lawyers, and the MBD team to deliver impactful campaigns
- Assist with preparing tailored pitches, proposals, and client presentations
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing/BD role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
- A strong track record in delivering marketing and BD campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle deadlines and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of business plans and strategic projects
- Identify and coordinate participation in sector events and sponsorships
- Plan and manage firm-hosted events, seminars, and networking initiatives
- Assist with maintaining and developing the firm's social media presence
- A strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
