Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads through online tools, LinkedIn, events, and market insights.
- Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social touches to engage with prospective clients.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to uncover pain points, needs, and buying intentions, and qualify them against set criteria.
- Pipeline Generation: Schedule discovery calls and meetings with the Senior Sales Team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Sales Team to hand over qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outreach activity, pipeline progress, and KPIs.
- Learning & Growth: Stay up to date with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product/service offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and CRM systems
- Target-driven with motivation to exceed KPIs and overcome objections
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, 'can do' attitude that is solution-focused
- Natural team player capable of inspiring confidence in clients and colleagues
