About the Role

We're looking for a driven and commercially-minded professional to join our dynamic sales team. You'll be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored digital solutions that drive measurable results. This is a customer-facing role that blends strategic thinking, relationship management, and data-led decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our offerings and how they align with client needs.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, events, and digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partners.
  • Manage client accounts and consistently seek ways to increase value and performance.
  • Take a consultative approach to uncover client goals, challenges, and growth areas.
  • Use insights and performance data to recommend tailored packages and digital tools.
  • Provide clear guidance on capabilities and best-fit solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in digital solution sales or consultative account management.
  • Strong initiative and a proactive, self-driven approach.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and with a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working toward targets and KPIs with a results-focused attitude.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, call platforms, and analytics tools.
  • A strong organiser and collaborator who can balance multiple priorities effectively.
