Digital Enterprise Solution Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong Customer and Partner orientation, engaging with customers and key decision-makers to deliver exceptional sales results through digital excellence.

Sales Execution Strategies
  • Leverage digital signals, social selling, and partner collaboration initiatives to drive new sales and customer engagements.
  • Manage the end-to-end business process across your territory, including consumption and licensing transactions.
  • Build an external stakeholder network to implement strategies that accelerate and close opportunities.
Customer Engagement and Value Selling
  • Identify and engage key business and IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Lead with industry-relevant insights and a consultative approach to uncover customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Opportunity Management and Acceleration
  • Lead planning and execution for named accounts, build stakeholder maps, and accelerate deal closure through business analysis and strategic engagement.
Collaboration and Cross-Selling
  • Work with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell across solution areas.
Operational Excellence and Reporting
  • Maintain reporting accuracy for key performance indicators – including pipeline development, signal conversion, deal velocity, and forecasting accuracy.
Continuous Learning and Development
  • Complete required training and certifications aligned to Biz Apps, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specializations.
