We are seeking a Senior Digital Solution Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. As an SC, you will provide expert level technical and business solution consultancy during the sales process in support of the direct sales force and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert level technical and business solution consultancy during the sales process in support of the direct sales force and partners.
- Communicate the value of ServiceNow solutions to customers and prospects.
- Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers.
- Create product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environments.
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
- Stay current on product developments/releases to a level required for demos and POC/POV.
- Support marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
- Experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Assist sales teams in qualifying customer needs through discovery.
- Participate across the sales lifecycle on acquiring new customers.
- Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners.
