Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with virtual teams to develop strategies that proactively build relationships with stakeholders to accelerate AI Workforce opportunities.
- Business Development & Consultative Selling: Foster and expand Microsoft's partnerships with key business decision-makers.
- Account Acquisition: Identify and engage with business contacts, understand customers' priorities, governance, decision, and budget processes, and present the value proposition of AI Workforce solutions.
- Scaling & Collaboration: Lead the planning, orchestration, and execution of AI Workforce opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Technical Expertise: Engage in AI Workforce BDM and ITDM conversations, share best practices, present solutions with a differentiated value proposition, use cases, and competitor knowledge across solution areas.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans for accounts across territories, conduct business analysis to pursue high-potential customers, and manage AI Workforce solutions.
Required Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management.
