Digital Transformation Expert

As a Digital Transformation Expert in Manufacturing, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and digital innovation within our organization. You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and commissioning of projects and services.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- You will have ownership of engineering activities on allocated work packages and utilize methodologies, resources, and techniques to minimize execution costs while maintaining schedule and quality standards.
- You will provide information to relevant stakeholders and ensure they are fully informed of resource requirements, progress, and areas of risk.
- You will communicate effectively with team members and third parties, providing them with necessary information to deliver their allotted work.
- You will ensure scope control by understanding the scope of work, delivering it to required quality, budget, and schedule, and informing relevant stakeholders of any customer-initiated changes in scope.
- You will ensure quality control by undertaking engineering activities in accordance with company quality control processes and achieving relevant standards.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the below:
- Experience in Digital lean.
- Worked on value stream mapping.
- Experience on any of the digital transformation solutions.
- Customer Focus.
- Technically Savvy.
- Able to Collaborate at all levels.
