As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of modern technology. Your expertise in solution engineering will be instrumental in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify key opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential in building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop strategic recommendations for digital transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders through effective presentation and storytelling skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform your solution design and delivery

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and another European language
  • A strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and their applications in digital transformation
  • 3-5 years of experience in solution engineering or a related field; or 5-10 years of experience as a developer working on digital experience delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A natural curiosity for how technology drives change and delivers business value
