Early Childhood Educator (Education)

About the Role:

This position involves creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children. Your role will be to plan, implement, and assess daily activities that promote exploration, creativity, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of your students.
  2. Conduct regular health checks and maintain a safe, clean environment that supports children's well-being.
  3. Design individualized activities that align with each child's developmental level, promoting growth and progress.
  4. Build positive relationships within the classroom community, encouraging teamwork and cooperation.
  5. Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and involve them in the learning process.
  6. Conduct screenings and ongoing assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for support.
  7. Maintain accurate records for all enrolled children, tracking their growth and development over time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with relevant coursework and experience.
  • At least two years of preschool teaching experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.
  • Excellent classroom management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
