Business Application Specialist

Embracing Microsoft 365 enables organizations to drive value across the business through innovative digital solutions. As a Business Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into robust architectures that meet user needs and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Solution Development: Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SPFx, Microsoft Teams, Office Add-ins, Microsoft Graph, Adaptive Cards, Microsoft Dataverse, and other tools to build applications.
- Solution Design: Develop scalable architectures aligned with user needs and strategic objectives.
- Testing & Quality: Create and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet functional and performance standards.
- Maintenance & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and support existing systems.
- Migration Projects: Move legacy applications to modern, cloud-based Microsoft architecture following best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging Microsoft technologies, driving adoption of best practices within the team.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Strong software development experience, preferably with TypeScript, React, and/or Angular.
- Proven ability to design and implement low-code / no-code solutions.
- Understanding of RESTful API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online.
- Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative workflows.
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Building Office Add-ins for Word/Outlook.
- PowerShell scripting (including PnP PowerShell).
- Microsoft Teams development and Azure services (Functions, Key Vault, Storage).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience in legal or professional services.
