Job Opportunity

A Merchandiser position has become available to work with a leading soft drink company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's products are placed in key locations within retail stores, significantly influencing customers' purchasing decisions. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with store managers to maximize product exposure and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure products are available in stores in the correct location and quantity.
  • Create visually appealing product displays that encourage purchases.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels at store locations to ensure optimal and efficient product supply.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management to ensure positive product placement.
  • Provide feedback to the team on sales trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet or exceed set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Document store visits, including photographs of displays and shelves.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of the Irish retail market is an advantage.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with store management.
  • A team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A full driver's license.
