Senior Geo-Environmental Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Director - Geo-Environmental. This is a key role that will involve leading and managing complex projects, providing technical expertise, and contributing to the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead and manage large-scale projects from inception to completion, including resource and budget management, technical oversight, and client communications.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and review of contaminated land and hydrogeology related projects.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a high-performing team, including budgetary performance, financial reporting, and recruitment.
- Business Development: Develop and improve existing service offerings within geosciences, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth.
- Education: BSc degree level qualified in geology or a related environmental subject.
- Experience: A minimum of 10+ years' experience in a relevant position, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and leading teams.
- Skills: Excellent analytical skills, good understanding of laboratory testing and interpretation of laboratory results, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
