Facilities Management Solutions Analyst Job

This role involves supporting solutioning across the Enterprise business, working closely with the Data Solutions team to review and validate first draft solutions.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the solution review process for hard services, soft services, smart FM, sustainability, asset optimization, and workplace experience services.
  • Supporting the build of technical solutions through labour loading of asset data and determining correct PPM hours.
  • Arranging post-bid/lessons learnt reviews and implementing resulting actions to train analysts.
  • Managing workload and resource assignment of Data Solutions Analysts across the business.
  • Developing, maintaining, and leveraging regional networks of experts to share knowledge and best practice.
  • Supporting the development of tools and processes to aid cost-effective solutions that meet market unit and account needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical solutions and operations within the Facilities Management industry, a degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or related subjects, and 8+ years of related experience. Key skills required include strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, as well as a track record of continuous improvement and drive for results.

  • Proven experience – Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel Capabilities.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
