The Front Office team at our hotel is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to welcome guests as they arrive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in completing front office responsibilities, and be able to work effectively under pressure. They will also possess a strong knowledge of Opera and be experienced in check-in and out processes, as well as managing guest information.
