We are currently seeking a dedicated security professional to join our team in Waterford City.

Retail Security Officer Position Overview

This role involves implementing and maintaining effective security measures, ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and company assets. Key responsibilities include acting as an ambassador for the company, conducting internal and external patrols, handling emergency situations, and providing excellent customer care.

The ideal candidate will have a valid PSA Static License, relevant experience in the retail sector, and excellent communication skills. They must also hold a legal right to work in Ireland with all necessary documentation.

  1. Implement and maintain on-site security measures, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
  2. Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting a positive image and reputation.
  3. Conduct regular internal and external patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
  4. Handle emergency situations and provide support to emergency services as required.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
