- Assist members over the phone with their queries.
- Receive and process member payments via the membership database.
- Provide support to the Regional Office remotely, on the phone, and with specific campaigns and projects.
- Assist with administrative tasks surrounding Regional Branch AGMs.
- Support the election processes.
Requirements:
- An enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated individual.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with online file sharing and database systems, particularly Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
