Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our Planning Team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Project Directors and Managers, including project management, capacity tracking, budgeting, financial tracking, and invoicing.
  • Manage purchases, payments, travel bookings, and arrangements.
  • Support the tendering process by compiling and uploading tender documents and managing resources.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including advertising roles, CV screening, and interview setup.
  • Assist with team training and development plans.
  • Social Media/Newsletter - Update content on the MKO website and social media, and coordinate team input to the monthly company newsletter.
  • Assist with organising team events, conferences, and business development as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills across a range of software packages.
  • A minimum of three years' office administration experience (preferably in professional services).
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and under their own initiative.
  • Ability to work with Project Management Systems and project finances.
  • An outgoing and friendly personality with client-facing experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, track actions, and deliverables to completion.
