About the Opportunity

This is a leadership role with significant responsibilities, including coordination and supervision of construction projects.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination and supervision of construction projects valued over €50M.
  • Reporting to and supporting senior management team members.
  • Oversight and management of manpower on site, including direct staff, trades, and subcontractors.
  • Attending meetings with clients, architects, design team, site crew, and senior management to update them on project progress.
  • Contributing to weekly toolbox talks and whiteboard meetings.
  • Supervising works on site to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Planning and coordinating daily site requirements, including labor, material ordering, and meeting deadlines.
  • Performing company compliance, H&S, and administration procedures, recording site operations in the site diary.
Requirements
  • Construction Management or Trades Background; preference given to those with carpentry experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Section Manager or Foreman on projects valued over €5M.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programs and schedules to required deadlines.
  • Strong I.T skills are essential (Microsoft Suite, including Project).
