We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit to Cash Analyst who can effectively manage our EMEA accounts receivable portfolio. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer contact and relationships, collections, and troubleshooting customers' exceptions to invoices.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate customer credit risk, resolve reasons for lateness, and address billing issues in a timely manner
  • Provide portfolio status reports on demand and utilize systems available to create those reports
  • Apply the concept of credit risk to daily work to minimize risk to our organization
  • Investigate and resolve non-standard customer disputes or reasons for non-payment
  • Support other finance activities including tax certifications and invoice/internal control filing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in credit and collections is required
  • Proficiency in SAP is preferred; ERP and CRM software experience is also beneficial
  • Advanced Excel skills are necessary
