You will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams globally to drive Brand to Demand Generation strategies across the customer lifecycle, focusing on select personas and audiences. You will contribute to accelerated pipeline growth, new opportunities, and be accountable for revenue targets.

  • Drive program strategy, influencing and collaborating with regional field marketing teams to activate and deliver business growth.
  • Share the voice of EMEA with global counterparts, leveraging GTM motions on solutions, industry, partner marketing, and new customer acquisition.
  • Conceptualize, execute, and manage insight-driven optimizations and executive-level reporting across a diverse matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the EMEA marketing programs lead on select personas and audiences, collaborating closely with GTM, Sales, and Partner teams to gather insights, develop strategies, and align plans to accelerate business growth.
  • Develop a data-informed strategy on audience segmentation and opportunity, prioritizing marketing channels and tactics to conceptualize programs that drive demand for the ServiceNow solution.
  • Lead through influence to ensure delivery and execution at scale of demand generation programs across the EMEA marketing and business teams, resulting in measurable growth in business goals and revenue.
