Job Title: Senior Design Project Manager

Role Overview:

  • Liaise with clients and keep them informed about project progress.
  • Create high-quality technical drawings using CAD, Revit, and BIM software.
  • Develop detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs provided by architects and designers, and modify existing drawings as required.
  • Apply strong knowledge of materials and engineering principles to assess the feasibility of manufacture and construction.
  • Present working drawings for all project stages: tender, manufacture/construction, and installation.
  • Produce installation and manufacturing documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a design background with client-facing and project leadership experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in production design.
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant qualification or degree.
  • Desirable but not essential: experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM).
