Job Description

About the Role:

  • As a senior ecosystem development manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with strategic asset issuers and be accountable for their ongoing growth in liquidity, utility, and market capitalization resulting from broader adoption through decentralized finance (DeFi) and other distribution networks.

Your Impact:

  • Establish a comprehensive account management strategy encompassing various aspects such as institutional clients across DeFi, traditional financial institutions (TradFi), and Web3 ecosystems, delegate outreach, product integration, and roadmap alignment.
  • Identify and structure multi-party opportunities by aligning business incentives across diverse stakeholders.
  • Create and oversee team structure for the account management strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions tailored to institutional needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in DeFi, capital markets, and blockchain applications, advising clients on best practices and integration strategies.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in tokenization, digital asset management, and institutional blockchain adoption.
  • Take user feedback into consideration to help develop new features and products that drive user satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of extensive experience in account management, new business development, and/or relationship management in technical environments

  • Managing large and complex accounts, successfully engaging stakeholders at all levels and functions within organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of Web3 technologies, DeFi protocols, and tokenization value chains, including personal hands-on experience with DeFi.
  • Familiarity with both traditional financial market infrastructure and decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain platforms.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking and business development capabilities with a creative, deal-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in tokenization of receivables, including regulatory considerations, ecosystem players, and scalability challenges.
