**Vendor Operations Lead

Stripe is a leading financial services platform that enables millions of businesses to grow their revenue and accelerate new opportunities.

As a Vendor Operations Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our global expansion by creating a high-performing vendor ecosystem. You will oversee the management of our vendors, ensuring they deliver exceptional support experiences to our users across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong operational relationships with key partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for performance and contractual commitments.
  • Manage vendor sites, including contracts, commercials, staffing, and delivery of required inputs.
  • Lead business reviews and actions with vendors to drive KPI performance.
  • Improve workflow management, workforce management practices at vendor sites, and ensure adherence to Stripe-defined workflows.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of direct vendor management experience within a BPO environment.
  • Experience leading vendor operations teams responsible for technical customer support in high-growth tech companies or startups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong operational background and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of managing large cross-functional and global projects.
  • Ability to execute complex operational projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
