About Us

We are seeking an experienced vendor manager to oversee our global vendor operations.

This role is responsible for building and owning operational relationships with key partners, holding them accountable for performance and contractual commitments, and managing vendor sites including contracts and commercials, staffing, and delivery of required inputs from the vendors.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of direct vendor management experience within a BPO environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong operational background, and a track record of making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to improve vendor performance and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and implement process improvements
  • Managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services, and resolving issues as needed

Preferred qualifications include experience leading vendor operations teams, managing large cross-functional projects, and working well with a wide range of people across internal teams and external vendors.
