Key Account Procurement Specialist

Sustainable vendor ecosystems are pivotal to driving global expansion. We're seeking a seasoned Key Account Procurement Specialist to lead our outsourced support operations and foster strong relationships with cross-functional leaders.

The ideal candidate will hold vendors and internal stakeholders accountable for performance and contractual commitments, manage vendor sites effectively, and drive KPI performance through Business Reviews and actions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain operational partnerships with key partners in user operations, external vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure optimal practices for adherence to defined workflows at the vendor site(s).
  • Act as an onsite coach and bridge between external partners and internal teams to deliver process improvements.
Requirements

For this role, we need a professional with exceptional procurement skills, including contract management, commercial acumen, and workforce planning.

Candidates should possess outstanding communication skills, ability to analyze complex data, and excellent leadership abilities.
