
Strategic Vendor Partnership Lead

The key objective of the Strategic Vendor Partnership Lead is to develop and execute a high-quality vendor program strategy that ensures timely delivery of outsourced services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
About this Role- Promote collaboration among Vendor Program Strategy Directors, TVM Community Leads, and TVM teams to drive portfolio delivery.
- Continuously assess and adjust vendor program strategy to guarantee successful portfolio outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within GCO and non-GCO functions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Represent vendor partnering at industry forums and share risk mitigation strategies.
- Cultivate a culture of accountable delivery, high performance, risk management, and rapid issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical clinical drug development
- Global management experience and expertise in matrix organization
- Able to manage and coach people in a servant leadership style
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
