About the Role

We are looking for a Sales and Support Specialist to join our team in TN Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of sales and service, including responding to customer inquiries and soliciting new business opportunities.

You will work closely with the sales team to provide administrative assistance and general support, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch (C1 Level or above) is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of sales and service, including responding to customer inquiries and soliciting new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative assistance and general support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Assist the sales team with other paperwork and administrative needs to enhance and streamline the workflow within the department.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch (C1 Level or above).
  • Ability to gather prospect and client information and to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Ability to effectively manage time & complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
