Assistant Night Manager Job Opportunity

Embark on a dynamic career path in the hospitality sector by taking up the role of Assistant Night Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless hotel operations during night shifts.
  • Support guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain overall health and safety standards at night.
  • Perform front office duties, including night audit report and guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Collaborate with Night Porters to ensure nightly tasks are fulfilled promptly.
  • Provide food and beverage service to guests during night hours.
  • Contribute to operational goals through mystery audits and customer feedback.
  • Aid in Night team development and prepare them for career advancement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years in a similar night or reception role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the hotel business environment.
  • Previous hospitality experience is highly valued.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with Opera system.
  • Knowledge and experience of using electronic front office systems.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
