">Main Responsibilities
">- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Drive growth across freight solutions, including road, air, and ocean logistics.
- Client Relationship Building: Focus on customers with substantial freight spends and identify their needs to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure structured and detailed reporting.
- Represent the Company: Attend key meetings, contribute to budget preparation, forecasts, and quarterly reviews, and represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications and Skills
">- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in logistics, with a strong emphasis on road freight.
- Solution-Based Sales: Proven ability in solution-based sales with a high conversion rate.
- CMS Familiarity: Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Azyra or similar).
