As a member of our off-site team, you will work with experts to ensure that our products, including timber and light gauge steel frames, are installed according to company specifications.

You will liaise with cross-functional teams on site and in the office to ensure projects meet timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete residential projects to exacting standards
  • Lead multiple subcontracted erecting teams
  • E nsure all site works are carried out to strict timelines
  • E nsure all site works are carried out to the highest standard, in accordance with design & engineering regulations
  • Record site inspections and checklists, ensuring handover sheets are properly maintained
  • Have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of project scope and challenges prior to commencement
  • Act as point of contact for clients and erecting teams on site operation and safety issues
  • Perform quality control, recording defects and addressing them when required
  • Maintain professional manner at all times

Ongoing tasks may be assigned.

Requirements:
  • Site supervision experience
  • Knowledge of timber frame/light gauge steel products and components
  • A strong technical background - engineering or carpentry preferred
  • Construction industry knowledge and ability to liaise with other trades
  • Understanding of current building regulations and requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Health and Safety direction to ensure site works comply with regulations
  • Clean Irish driving licence
