Job Title: Assembly Line Worker
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assembly Line Worker to join our team. As an essential member of our production staff, you will play a key role in the assembly of products, ensuring high-quality output and meeting customer demands.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate various assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Participate in lean/5S initiatives to improve workplace efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and report any concerns or issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in assembly line settings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and meet production deadlines.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to operate various assembly tools.
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and technologies.
