Job Title: Mortgage Loan Originator
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for managing mortgage pipeline leads, providing exceptional customer service, and analysing creditworthiness of lending applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage mortgage pipeline leads to achieve business targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the mortgage journey
- Analyse creditworthiness of lending applications and make recommendations to lenders
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements at all times
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver first-class customer service
- OFA qualification or minimum APA in Loans and Regulations is required
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for serving clients
- Excellent knowledge of mortgage market and financial products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively in a team
- Organisation, attention to detail, self-motivation, and energy
- Proven track record in financial services
