Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

Civil/Structural Team Leads are senior leadership professionals tasked with overseeing teams of civil and structural engineers on various projects.

  • Oversee a team of civil and structural engineers working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their competencies
Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Client Communication and Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues that may arise during the project

Requirements:

Requirements:
  • Chartered or working towards chartered status as a civil or structural engineer
  • 12+ years of experience in civil or structural engineering, with at least 5 years in a team lead or management role
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial and residential projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
