Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and perform thorough analytical investigations with high efficiency and precision.
  • Develop, implement, and manage complex quality control procedures for various assays.
  • Evaluate, document, and approve analytical data.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems, providing timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Initiate revisions to controlled documents and participate in internal audits and projects.
  • Review protocols, conduct assay validation, and qualify equipment as necessary.
  • Implement new analytical techniques, including method transfers and validations.
  • Contribute to regulatory submissions and conduct laboratory investigations as required.
  • Evaluate laboratory practices for compliance and approve laboratory results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of biopharmaceutical quality control experience or related quality control or GMP laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry,
  • Strong background in Chemistry and Analytical testing is essential.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in cGMP manufacturing and testing of pharmaceutical products.
  • Experience with analytical techniques such as Compendial testing would also be beneficial
