
Relief Training Coordinator

The key objective of this role is to deliver high-quality training and development programs for learners in line with agreed specifications.
Learners requiring additional support will be assisted in exploring their future career options and making informed decisions about further education or employment.
Key Qualifications and Skills- A third-level qualification, preferably within the Education/Training or Social Sciences sector
- A relevant pedagogical/training qualification - Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 as a minimum
- Experience in QQI certification and accreditation processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently with a professional and confident approach
- Deliver systematic training according to specified curricula, with responsibility for instructing multiple modules for QQI certification
- Sources and supports learners to obtain work experience placements, promoting positive work attitudes and behaviours
- Facilitates participants in developing knowledge, skills and confidence to secure progression outcomes
- Maintains effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program allocations
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently with a professional and confident approach
- Capacity to build and maintain networks with stakeholders and local communities
