The Opportunity

We seek motivated finance professionals with experience in managing high-net-worth client relationships to join our team as advisors. This position involves establishing strong connections with clients, overseeing assets valued at approximately €100-150 million, and serving as a liaison between clients and various teams within the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive outstanding support.
  • Manage a book of high-net-worth client relationships, focusing on asset growth and retention.
  • Act as a conduit between clients, our investment policy committee, research and trading departments, and multiple service teams.
  • Regularly update clients on portfolio changes, market developments, and investment strategies.
  • Pursue advanced education in finance and capital markets through our training program.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with private clients in banking or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, markets, current events, and market trends.
  • Native Italian and native or fluent English language skills (Proficiency in other European languages is beneficial).
  • Ability to connect with and educate diverse audiences.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and empathize with clients during challenging times.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree, or CFA is beneficial.
  • QFA or CISI level 4 is beneficial.
