Job Overview

This is a role that combines the skills of client management with the flexibility to work both remotely and in an office environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate exceptional client relationships, retention, and growth of existing accounts by providing robust client promise and development plans.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Cyber Liability, and other financial lines accounts within a broking environment.
  • Oversee clients' renewals, queries, and mid-term adjustments from start to finish.
  • Offer technical advice and assistance as required to colleagues across a range of financial lines products.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance and promote key cultural characteristics of the wider team: enthusiasm, teamwork, client focus, innovation, accountability.
  • SUPPORT AND DEVELOP more junior members of the team through coaching and mentoring and acting as a role model for company behaviours.

  • Proven track record in managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of financial lines products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
