Job Summary

This senior enterprise architect position is a strategic opportunity to create and develop relationships across business and IT. The successful candidate will contribute to the definition of strategies and development of roadmaps and reference architectures in support of business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of developing enterprise architectures, designing enterprise-level solutions, and delivering digital experiences. Strong architecture governance skills and experience with cutting-edge technologies are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to strategy definition and development of roadmaps and reference architectures
  • Support business by consulting on technology and providing thought leadership
  • Direct and guide change programs in their design of changes for solutions
  • Mentor solution architects to design architectures that implement or influence the group's strategy and roadmaps
  • Lead architecture input into large-scale transformation programs
Requirements
  • Knowledge of architecture governance and ability to vision high-level solution capabilities
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, CRM platforms, process automation, data analytics, and digital channels
  • Ability to work with deep-dive technical SMEs and decisive when presented with disparate technical solutions
  • Leadership and people management skills
