We are seeking a talented Risk Business Partner to join our risk management team at FNZ Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and challenging key business stakeholders in their implementation of FNZ's risk management framework.

You will drive the implementation and embedding of a risk and control self-assessment process, design and deliver an effective risk assurance programme, and represent the risk function at relevant governance committees. You will also liaise with and leverage Group Information Risk Team and Group BCM Team to assess/determine risk profile for FNZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support (and, where necessary, challenge) to key business stakeholders in their implementation of FNZ's risk management framework.
  • Drive the implementation and embedding of a risk and control self-assessment process.
  • Design and deliver an effective risk assurance programme.
  • Represent the risk function at relevant governance committees.
  • Liaise with and leverage Group Information Risk Team and Group BCM Team to assess/determine risk profile for FNZ.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience in a risk management role, ideally within a Financial Service platform/IT environment.
  • Relevant qualifications e.g. CISA, IIA, PMI, Agile, PRINCE, etc.
  • Proven ability to implement/embed risk frameworks (including RCSAs), and challenge senior stakeholders when required.
  • Knowledge/experience of IT Project Delivery, IT development lifecycles using Agile Project Methodology.
  • Knowledge/experience of Regulatory requirements in respect of IT & Cyber, Cloud, Data Privacy, Operational Resilience, DORA.
