Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager

Leading a high-impact function, the successful candidate will oversee timely, accurate, and complete regulatory submissions to regulators. This strategic leadership role involves senior stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, team development, and systems optimisation.

Key responsibilities include leading the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring output meets the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The role also entails overseeing submission of all prudential returns to the Central Bank of Ireland, maintaining ongoing compliance with shareholder disclosure regulations, and owning the outsourced regulatory reporting service agreement.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in regulatory reporting within financial services, with previous experience as a senior or deputy lead within a regulatory reporting function. A third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required, along with proven experience dealing with regulatory bodies, particularly the Central Bank of Ireland.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong background in regulatory reporting, with detailed knowledge of CBI regulatory returns (e.g., COREP, FINREP, LCR, NSFR, resolution), transaction reporting regimes, and associated technologies.
  • Experience working with Treasury and financial trading products, with a deep understanding of financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
