Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing all Quality related activities on assigned value streams. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing robust preventative Quality programs, managing product and process issues, and ensuring that products meet design requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, with 5 years' experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Design Engineering. They should also possess strong product and process knowledge, including IRPDP and NPI. Additionally, they should be competent in data analysis, root cause analysis, and the timely implementation of corrective action.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with various teams to ensure that products meet design requirements and associated ICQ metrics. You will be responsible for demonstrating sound product and process knowledge, possessing a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and having excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Owns and manages all Quality related activity on assigned Value streams.
- Implements robust preventative Quality programs across associated value stream processes.
- Manages Quality product and process issues on a timely basis.
- Key Skills:
- Degree in Engineering with 5 years' experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Design Engineering.
- Strong Product and Process knowledge, including IRPDP, NPI.
- Competent in data analysis, root cause analysis, and timely implementation of corrective action.
