**Key Responsibilities**

The Quality System Manager will be responsible for managing a team of QMS Co-ordinators, facilitating and supporting Eakin Healthcare's QMS using the e-QMS. This includes:

  • Chairing and facilitating the group change control program
  • Providing input and support for new product development activities
  • Leading and representing the company at external agency and customer inspections
  • Collaborating with the quality and regulatory department to execute field safety corrective actions
  • Delivering internal quality assurance training for departments
  • Developing and implementing a system for embedding QA culture throughout the UK businesses

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar quality system manager role, with a strong understanding of medical device regulations and ISO standards. They will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave, and can be based at one of our manufacturing sites in Cardiff, Comber or Coleraine.
