- Key Responsibilities:
- Hunting & Closing Deals: Engage top-tier tech companies and transform prospects into long-term, high-value clients.
- Identifying New Opportunities: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify hiring needs, and unlock new revenue streams.
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Craft compelling pitches, negotiate terms, and position Archer as the go-to IT talent partner.
- Partnering with Recruiters: Ensure top-tier candidate placements and deliver real business impact.
- 6-12 months B2B sales experience (BDR, SDR, or similar).
- Proven outbound sales skills – cold calling, prospecting, and appointment setting.
- Target-driven mindset – thrive in a high-performance, commission-driven environment.
- Work authorization – EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required.
