Our organization seeks a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of large-scale capital projects across our group. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with engineers, architects, planners, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating all phases of Group capital projects from planning through to handover, developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets, overseeing site operations, subcontractors, and project workflows, managing design work in partnership with engineering and design teams, handling planning permission processes, and liaising with relevant bodies, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety standards, and anticipating and resolving site issues, delays, or emergencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, certification standards, and planning requirements
  • Experience in equipment procurement and contractor management
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
