Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery organization, you will be responsible for managing and executing projects from initiation to closeout.

Your primary focus will be on conducting Front End studies with end-users to determine the most appropriate technical solution and develop business cases, budgets, and schedules for funding applications.

You will oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases of the project, as well as lead cross-functional client project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute projects throughout the entire project life cycle.
  • Conduct Front End studies to determine the most appropriate technical solution.
  • Develop business cases, budgets, and schedules for funding applications.
  • Oversee design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases of the project.
  • Lead cross-functional client project teams.
  • Implement project scheduling and cost control, with regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Manage project changes and ensure they are captured, documented, and assessed.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and performance in capital project execution.
  • Execute project validation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
  • Experience working in client-side Capital Projects execution roles.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Change Management Systems and full end-to-end Project Life-cycle.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects in a GMP Manufacturing Environment.
  • Understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles.
  • Knowledge of the project management process, including programming, scope development, design development, implementation, and project closeout.
  • 5-7 years of project management/engineering experience across the project life-cycle in a Pharmaceutical environment.
