About Your Role
- You will be the on-site leader, responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality.
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors.
- Evaluate compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports and material usage.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman/Section Foreman in Construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
