Key Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic advice and counsel to our ER and HR teams across the region.
  • Drafting and revising employment related agreements and policies.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide practical advice and bring strategic and scalable solutions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in labor and employment.
  • Qualified lawyer in at least one EMEA jurisdiction with demonstrated academic credentials.
  • Experience with labor and employment law in EMEA including performance management, compliance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
