Maximise Dealership Profitability as a Business Manager

Embark on a dynamic and fast-paced career at Ireland's leading motor retailer, representing 13 brands across 24 locations.

  • Drive dealership profitability through the sale of Financial Services and Products to customers purchasing vehicles.
  • Complete sales processes with integrity and deliver unrivalled customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sale of Financial Services products: meet targets by offering finance and insurance options to all car purchasers.
  • Administration: maintain accurate records of car sales and F & I performance, administer customer settlement enquiries.
  • Product Knowledge: stay up-to-date with financial services and competitor products, protecting the dealership from financial and legal exposure.
  • Budgets: assist in preparing departmental budgets.
  • Customer Service: ensure standards are maintained and reflect manufacturer brand values.
  • Technology: leverage available Financial Services technology within the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Motor Trade is essential.
  • A full and clean Irish or EU driving licence is required.
  • A valid work VISA for this role is necessary.
