Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and communications, with experience in developing and implementing successful strategies.

About the Role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts for our Irish business. This will include creating internal communications, overseeing the performance of marketing campaigns, and managing agencies to develop creative and PR campaigns as needed.

The role will also involve developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies and plans for new and existing products/propositions. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with proposition and sales teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that drive lead generation and nurture customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the marketing efforts for our Irish business
  • Create internal communications and manage external communications
  • Oversee the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with proposition and sales teams to create marketing materials and campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in campaign management, advertising, and integrated marketing communications
  • Knowledge of digital product builds and digital servicing
  • Ability to bring creativity and innovative thinking to marketing execution

  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize, manage, and track multiple projects
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
